Our Studio Promise

Every bespoke creation is crafted with care and dispatched directly from our Yorkshire studio within one business day.

Simple, Free UK Delivery

We believe in a clear and premium service from the moment you order to the moment your item arrives. That is why we are pleased to offer complimentary UK delivery on every single order, with no minimum spend.

  • Our Standard Service (Free) We send every order via Royal Mail 48. For your peace of mind, this service is fully tracked and insured. Your creation will typically arrive within 2-3 business days of leaving our studio.

  • Express Delivery (£9.99) Need it faster? You can choose to upgrade to Express Delivery at checkout. We will dispatch your order via Royal Mail 24, which has a delivery aim of 1-2 business days and also includes full tracking and insurance.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey to your door.

Your satisfaction is the measure of our success. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. As every item is uniquely personalised, our returns policy is designed to be both fair and transparent.

The External Impression Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund:

  • The item has been damaged in transit.

  • The physical product does not match the design you created in our interactive studio.

  • There is a clear defect in the print, engraving, or the product itself.

To report an issue, please contact our team at sales@externalimpression.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the problem. We will resolve it for you promptly.

Personalised Items & Customer Designs

In our studio, "what you see is what you create." Our live preview is the final proof, and we craft your item exactly as it is shown.

Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for customer-input errors. This includes:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors entered by the customer.

  • Low-resolution images that were uploaded by the customer.

  • Design choices such as colour or font selection made by the customer.

We kindly ask that you take a moment to carefully review your design in the live preview before finalising your order. This ensures your unique creation is perfect from the very start.
