Our Commitment to You

At External Impression, every item is uniquely crafted just for you. This made-to-order approach ensures the highest quality and reduces waste, but it also means our delivery process has two key stages: Production Time + Shipping Time.


Our Production & Dispatch Process

To offer a wide range of high-quality products, we have a specialised production process. Your order will be fulfilled by either our in-house studio or one of our expert print partners.

  • Our Engraved Collection (Glassware, Slate, etc.)
    These premium items are intricately engraved with our precision laser right here in our UK studio.
    Production Time: 3 - 5 business days.

  • Our Printed Collection (Apparel, Phone Cases, etc.)
    These items are created with our expert UK-based print partners to ensure vibrant, long-lasting quality across a wide range of styles.
    Production Time: 3 - 7 business days.

Please note, if your order contains a mix of both engraved and printed goods, the production time will be based on the item that takes longer to create.


Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been produced, it is dispatched for delivery.

  • Standard UK Shipping: £3.95
    (Estimated 2-4 business days for delivery after production)

  • FREE UK Shipping on all orders over £50.

Your total estimated delivery time is Production Time + Shipping Time. For example, a piece of engraved glassware will typically arrive within 5-9 business days from when you place your order.


How Can I Track My Order?

Absolutely. The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the courier's website to follow your parcel's journey.


Additional Information

  • Multiple Packages: If your order contains a mix of engraved and printed goods, it may be dispatched in separate packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery for each item. You will receive tracking information for each package.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Courier Delays: While we work hard to meet our estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping courier, as this is outside of our control.
