Your unique tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email we sent you when your order was dispatched.

Simply enter this number on the Royal Mail website to see the latest updates on your delivery.

A Reminder of Our Service

 

  • Studio Time: As promised, your personalised item was crafted and dispatched from our studio within one business day.

  • Standard Delivery (Free): Your order is travelling via Royal Mail 48, which is a fully tracked service that typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

  • Express Delivery: If you upgraded at checkout, your order is travelling via Royal Mail 24, which is a fully tracked service with a delivery aim of 1-2 business days.

Please note: It can sometimes take a few hours for the tracking information to become active in Royal Mail's system after your order has been dispatched.
