Personalised Goods: Many of our products are custom-made and personalised based on the information you provide. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all information, text, and dates provided for personalisation are accurate and free from spelling errors. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
SECTION 2 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
We accept payment from all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before any order is produced and dispatched.

SECTION 4 - ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Due to the unique and made-to-order nature of our business, our policies on cancellations and returns are specific.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you must contact us at sales@externalimpression.co.uk within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request if production has already started.
Returns: As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made or personalised goods are exempt from the right to cancel. Therefore, all personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
