We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund:
The item has been damaged in transit.
The physical product does not match the design you created in our interactive studio.
There is a clear defect in the print, engraving, or the product itself.
To report an issue, please contact our team at sales@externalimpression.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the problem so we can resolve it for you promptly.
In our studio, "what you see is what you create." Our interactive live preview is the final proof, and we craft your item exactly as it is shown.
Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customer-input errors. This includes:
Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors entered by the customer.
Low-resolution images that were uploaded by the customer.
Design choices such as colour or font selection made by the customer.
We kindly ask that you take a moment to carefully review your design in the live preview before finalising your order. This ensures your unique creation is perfect from the very start.
For any approved refunds (e.g., for a damaged or defective item), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.
